Like people said, if you don't want randomness, don't go rainbow :P

True that most of rainbow deck are good, but you still have the risk of not getting at all elements you want, this is a trade-off for it's power!

Though sometimes it's the other way around.
I remember once playing 2 quantum towers and 1 time tower (+ time mark)... and playing a pharaoh second turn ;P
This means my mark and tower generated 3 :time, while quantum towers generated 6 :time out of 12 total quanta they produced.

Sometimes I can play a permafrost (7 :water) before I get a single :air to play a fog shield, though that happens really rarely.

As for decay, yes... pests seem to dislike :aether. The last time I fought him I had only :aether and :time quanta remaining for a number of turns, but I finally managed to cast a plague and a quinted pharaoh in the meantime.
May the force of the D4HK side be with U ^_^

Doesn't it seem like your towers almost never give you 1 :entropy that first turn so you can play those 3 novas next?

I mean, in theory it's a 50% of getting one
Actually it's ~41% if you do proper calculations.

In theory it would be 50% if each quanta could only be selected once

Actually it's ~41% if you do proper calculations.
Actually i think it's 46.1%. Since there are 6 different attempts to get 1 specific quanta of 12 i believe the equation is 1-(11/12)^n.

My most frequently occurring grievance is lack of :aether to play Dimensional Shield when I require protection, but that being said, these Quanta problems do not actually happen too often to me.
