Don't have an exact amount, but using Shard of Sacrifice has allowed me to survive (and win) with 200-some Poison counters accumulated from Deathstalker/Physalia decks in Arena a few times.

pretty sure ive killed an arena deck from full health using poison due to shard of sacrifice. its probably in the 100 something range.

So far i've seen the ss for over 800, but im not sure if that was in trainer or not....and heard the stories via chat of over 150 but havent seen it. My 144 ss at the top was only done when i was using SoSa, and he had mitosis scorpions =/

I've seen around 150 a couple times in the arena, due to one side playing dune scorpions and the other side playing SoSas.
