I have no idea really. i tend to read oty as Ow-tea-ugh, or the first thing you said. It looks very counter intuitive. I break my mind over the water thing, I think it should be Cry-saw-rah. Nice and lazy, swallow a few letters.
Physalia is obviously Fee-sah-lia to me. I guess you could read it as Fee say li ah? Horrible Englis spelling.
Aether is just aether. Come on. You have the word ''Ether'' right? Just like the Dutch word ''eter'' (Ay-ter) In other words it is pronounced with an ''e''. But with a real ''e''. Not what English people think is an ''e''. That is an ''I''
