People on CL tend to be much older than anyone on BL. That's why I'm advocating allowing some cursing (advocacy is allowable right?), and definitely not because of any of the skewed perceptions you or Bonestorm have stated.

I'm curious as to how you get that idea. The only difference between BL and CL is score, not age. The are many people in BL who could be in CL but prefer unupped play. Most adults would likely prefer CL because the fewer matches are probably a good relief from work, while not a huge commitment.

Cursing is allowed, however ranting and insulting chat mods is not, nor is circumventing chat filters.

Also, you're the one being immature by whining and insulting chat mods publicly instead of handling this in PM like most normal people would do.

However when you say "you are bringing this into an area you should not be for no reason other than to help your bruised ego" - you aren't being clever or correct. I only brought it up to point out that a ban actually causes more harm and is actually much worse for a player and the league than any bad language. You don't think people would be upset about getting banned for using arbitrary words listed no where?

Plus, this is something that should be handled in PM anyways. Why else would you bring this issue on to the forum, if you don't have something to complain about that you feel everyone needs to see?

And I find this ironic because how many games do you have in CL? Standings say 1. You're not even an active member, and because you were unintelligent and got banned, you claim this was bad for the league? The leagues would be much better off without people like you who feel the need to complain at every little thing.

Because that ban was a stifling of my whole being, my personality, my character. It killed my joie de vivre.

Edit: Play on kongregate if you wish to speak in any undue manner in chat: you can still play the game, it's a much bigger, less personal chat and people will just mute you if they dont like what they hear.

Of course, Higurashi did not ban me after I said the offending remark, she banned me several remarks after when she figured out she just didn't like my personality.

I'd be happy to apologize for that, but Higurashi isn't going to care.
