I had a question regarding something I noticed recently.

If Steal sells for more in the Bazaar than Nightfall (40 vs. 39), why does Improved Steal sell for less than Eclipse (1159 vs. 1160)?

One of the factors in sell price is quanta cost. Upping steal changes it from 4 to 3, while upping eclipse changes it from 3 to 4.

I've analyzed the card buying/selling prices and wrote an article about them. There's a set basic cost for every card based on its 'rank', and the quanta cost of the card is added to the price. You can find more about it here:
