ive got 3 upgraded cards and im playing PVP2 and i havent seen any of them yet, ive played 57 games on PVP2 and havnet even seen them, i thouhgt there were no regulations?

You are right.  There are no restrictions to your deck.  You probably just didn't draw any one of those three cards.

Are you sure it was PVP2 and not PVP1?
