I usually just ignore whatever pet I'm given, especially if I know what FG is coming--I just pick the optimum deck.
Today, the Oracle wasn't being precognitive but was adopting out a Deja Vu. I figured I might as well try to use it to its full potential and created a modified rainbow rush with buffs:
6ts 6ts 6ts 6ts 6u2 6u2 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u7 6u7 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 713 74a 74a 77g 7ae 7dj 7gl 7jv 7jv 7mu 7tf 80b
I happened across Destiny, which is an easy god for a standard rainbow or fractal/hope, but I thought she would kill my buffed creatures with rewinds. Luckily, she never drew any and this was the final result:

I was able to buff and use the deja vu ability by the second turn and I think it might have saved me a turn, in which Destiny may have turned the tide. (Or I might have been able to win without the pet
