I think that anyone who participates in the weekly tournaments should get a code for 50  electrum coins, just as a "thanks for playing." note: if player participates in multiple tourneys, they still only get one code. comments?

Too many codes for the TOs to distribute, and therefore too many codes for Zanz to make.

I'd rather not bother Zanz into making another 40-60 codes each week (he already makes 8 reward codes each week).

Stop saying that, it's really demoralizing, even though I agree.

Although,  50 electrum is pretty much 5 minutes of gameplay, even with an unupped starter deck.
It really isn't worth it from a player's stand point to do it
Oh, and TOs will hate their job, if they have to send out that many codes

It's been almost a month since league winners could not receive the codes. Not even gonna bother thinking about this.

You always win experience and fun in tournaments. 
I don´t think, we need a consolation prize for players, who don´t win, especially not 50 .  Metamorphosis cost (change mark cost) was 100.  50  are peanuts, about 1 EM in lvl3.

I would actually be annoyed if I got a code for 50 electrum.
It would be like the TOs saying, "Hey Root. You completely failed in this tourney. Here's a code for something you could grind in 30 seconds. Hope you enjoy it!"

Upped tourneys are close enough to a participation fee.
Sure, you can go fully unupped, but has anyone actually ever won an upgraded tournament without using any upped cards? (maybe once or twice but it's not common).
In order to have a good shot you need to upgrade at least the important cards.

Just spinning the oracle gives you 30 electrum on average.  Playing in a tourney gives you a shot at something worth significantly more.  I don't support a reward just for signing up for a tournament.

I thought I heard once that Zanzarino was going to add a button in the game for weekly tournaments.
Most likely I'm wrong, but if that were to happen then shouldn't it also give that 50 reward once you get eliminated? Just to encourage more participation.
