i live the little flaws in the designing of elements. an example of the paradox im talking about could be: how on earth can you mutate a skeleton? and how the heck can an oty benefit from devouring one? can anyone else think of an oddity like this?

You mutate a skeleton by using Mutation or Improved mutation on it :D

And an Oty benefits from devouring by selecting a lower HP creature :D

I do not understand what you are saying, at all. How are those flaws? You can mutate any creature, and skeletons are creatures, albeit dead ones. They just get mutated into being alive again. Mutations are randomly wild things.

oty gains benefit from devouring because eating something smaller makes you stronger. Lots of games are based on that concept.

haha no i mean along the lines of a skeleton is dead so it cant really mutate. its comparing it with reality and finding funny flaws in logic. and the oty cant really get much out of eating it since its just bones and has no nutritious stuff that will help it grow at all. (of coarse i know how to mutate a skeleton!  :)))

bones are fully of nutrients! and oty feeds greatly off of those bones.

Skeletons are made of bones.
Bones are made of cells.
All cells have DNA.
DNA mutates.
As for why it can mutate... well, if it can move and attack, why can't it mutate?

Other examples:
Photons don´t have DNA. You can mutate them.
They can be eaten by Otyughs.
How can Photons generate Light quanta ? They ARE light quanta.
Steam Engine , Photons with Adrenaline ? Hahaha.

It´s funny.
Things can never happen like this outside of Elements.
But it´s a fantasy card game, isn´t it ?

i love random imagination. on the subject of unrealities in elements why is entropy the name of the chaos element? entropy by definition is a form of heat energy that is unusable for practical purposes. oh yeah and by the way bones are actually very dense fibre structures. they do however have mutate able stem cells inside them (bone marrow).

Entropy also has another definition dealing with chemical change or something along those lines, don't exactly remember what at the moment.
Also, mutated skeletons were probably exposed to a lot of radiation after being reanimated. :D

skeletons are dead, meaning that their cells are dead as well, mutations accure when DNA replicates incorrectly and a fluke happens. cells dont replicate if theyre dead. that is what he's saying im sure...

The biggest paradox IMO is still using Explosion on Unstable Gas.
