Win/loss ratio doesn't say a lot on its own. I've seen players with 10:1 or better win/loss ratio because they have like 10k wins / 1k losses due to playing ai3 thousands of times for score. I've seen other players with more losses than wins, and everything in between. It's not much of an indicator of skill, though it does to a point, but it's mostly an indicator of what ai levels you play against the most. My w/l ratio is just slightly more than 50%, at about 1.1:1, because I primarily play against FGs and gold/platinum arena.
I can't remember how many upgraded cards I had by that point, but 30 cards upped is 45k electrum, so it's definitely possible. If you played ai3 for instance, and got a lot of EMs, you could get almost that much grinding ai3, but you probably would have had to win at least a few upgrades from FGs/halfbloods to get the deck you have with that number of wins. Anyone who thinks you hacked is a dumbass :p I would make a guess based on the numbers you give, though, that you are an above average player.
