Multiple Accounts in the Game: Allowed?

It is said in the forum rules that multiple account result in a permanent ban. I believe it means the FORUM not the game, correct?

You can have as many accounts as you wish in Elements the Game.  However, on the Official Forums, you are only allowed to have one active account.

This goes for chat as well. The game is the only place you can have multiple accounts.
