One would only use Spin once when one needs time to note down or get more time to see what spins one gets. I don't really see any other purpose.

i prefere using 1 spin, check chat, check spin, switch back and fourth.

Spin all would be more useful once you recognize all the cards in the game, spinning once is for newer players that needs more time to check what they won
