No it is not overused. It has 3 quanta generators that qualify as deck enablers and that is reflected in its usage. Some element needs to have one more deck enabling quanta generator as a start for the specialized quanta generator series. We currently are part way done (Nova, Rustler, Immolation).

its absolutely in the wrong section. an overused card needs to be nerfed, not buffed.

Not really. Graboid doesn't tend to get fractaled.
How is that table formulated?  I was guessing it was based on cards taken into the match, so fractal wouldn't affect it.
