From what I've understood, the oracle picks a random card.

If this card is not a nymph, it shows the card it for you and you have X chance to win it.

If this card is a nymph, it picks another random card. If the second card is a nymph, then it shows you one of them. You always win the nymph.

Your formula means that your chance of getting a nymph is (11/205)^2=0,3%
(chance of nymph one*chance of nymph two)
Our (experimental) odds are at 3,43%. There's a serious difference.
