I think what higs is trying to say is:
- change when u spin
- idk...

it might just be me, but I think there are only a limited amount of nymphs everyday available in oracle
all my nymph spins are when I am staying up late, and spun it like a couple of minutes after it renews...
and in eastern tourney chat, I see ppl saying "i got XXX nymph" a lot (during the eastern is when it resets)

I think Higurashi means when you spin it, don't press "What's my fortune" right away, and wait for the roulette to stop on different Elements first. Either that or I'm horribly off

I think she means when you are about to spin it, breathe in and hold your breath, then press it and clap three times no more and no less. Spin around twice and pray to the RNG. Hope this helps
