I got a light nymph from the oracle but I have no idea what to do with it...

If it's helpful I have a Mono-Aether deck (Specifically Phase Spiders and Fractals)

The first thing to do with this and any other nymph is NOT to sell it.

Light Nymphs are especially useful for powering Hope, which is a Light-element shield. As you advance in the game and get more cards it will be useful to have lots of different deck types you can play. If you do have some Aether cards, you could save up to build a RoL-Hope deck, which uses Light and Aether and is one of the more popular and successful decks around. It will require at least 6 upgraded cards, though, so be sure to beat all of the quests if you haven't done so already.

Best of luck!

IMO it depends on your style and what you plan to do with it.

I drew light nymph from Oracle as well (is it easier than other nymphs?), but I sold mine because I have no use or plan to use it. Instead, I used the credit I gained from selling it to power other cards that are useful to me.

I have an Amber Nymph that I have no use for but I can't bring myself to sell it, already bad enough I reset after having a Purple Nymph.

obey sir valimont and DON'T sell it. that was my first mistake. i got 3 nymphs over time. one i sold by accident and two i thought i would never use. i was very wrong. wait and you'll find a use for it. nymphs are more worth having for the sake of it than playing them as they are generally overpriced. don't get me wrong though because, when given the right counterpart they are of near infinite value.

Don't sell it. Really. The electrum amounts you would get if you sold it will be worth 15 minutes of grinding when you get a FG grinder. Nymphs, however, only come every few weeks or even months if you have some bad luck. In the right deck a nymph can be a very useful card, more than another card. It will eventually be useful in PvP when you get around to building the right deck for it. As for now, just keep on playing the game as you normally would and pull out your nymph when you have a deck that fits it.
Somehow still around, somewhat

Light nymph is definitely a nice addition to an RoL/Hope deck which is one of the best decks for fighting false gods.  Since you're already using a fractal deck anyway, you're already partway there(also worth noting that fractal isn't that good in a mono aether deck since it uses up all your aether quanta and you have to wait at least one turn to play any of the creatures you get from it.  It works much better in a duo especially with something like RoL's that give you large amounts of quanta to play your creatures and spells from the other element).

Whatever you do though, don't ever sell nymphs.  The small amount of electrum you get from it can easily be earned in a short time on AI3 or by selling other cards but with nymphs, you're lucky to get one every 2-4 weeks even if you check the oracle daily.  Sell any normal cards you want, especially early on when you're trying to get your first few decent decks upgraded, or even maybe a rare weapon if you're really desperate(can always get those back from t50 farms easily enough..for now at least) but if you sell a nymph and then later decide you did want it, it will likely be several months before you get another of the same one(and even if you do, having more than one copy would help most decks).  Even if you don't ever plan on using a nymph as it is, keep in mind that there is always a chance that the card itself might be changed someday to make it more useful(as light nymph in fact has been changed once already).

2 pieces of advice:

1. As everyone has already mentioned, do NOT sell it.
2. In addition, you probably do NOT wan to upgrade it either.  In many PvP events upgraded cards are banned, and since you cannot "downgrade" or buy another one, you will be stuck with an upgraded nymph.

As most others said, do not sell it.  That is probably the #1 rule that almost all players abide by.  As for your nymph, light nymphs are good with hope, because they give creatures with no skills the skill bioluminessence (I think I spelled that right).
Think you got what it takes?  Test out your skills in some Tournaments! http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/board,77.0.html

the only trouble is, due to their high cost they are not very good in duo or trio decks. the excellent thing is that with lucifase buffed they will no also be able to give you a steady supply of healing!
