The easiest deck for grinding level 3 would be

Darkness mark
6 dragons
6 devourers
2-3 steals
2 drain lifes
and fill in to 30 cards with pillars

When you get your choice of a weapon- get a pulverizer or lobotomizer depending on future deck types you might want to build. Owls eyes are good also, but they are also the easiest to win.

i'd suggest gravity, just because that's what i did, and i'm doing pretty well now.
(with a rainbow deck though, not for beginners, because of the cost.)
Strike that, reverse it.

First of all, WELCOME TO ELEMENTS!

If you're looking for tips for beginners, then the best tip you can possibly get is to trim your deck down to thirty cards, preferably of the same element as your Mark.

Then, play through the matches and do the quests until you reach a score of 500 and get your rare. There are twelve rare weapons, and you get to pick ONE of them, so choose carefully. You'll find that they all have abilities, and a few have abilities that require quanta from a different element.

Use the above link if you want to try out new deck ideas, or surf the forums. The trainer allows you to use most any card, upgraded or not, so it's a great way to experiment without wasting money.

Life Mark
Light Pillars x11
Rustlers x6
Emerald Dragon x6
Miracles x3
Heals x4

That's a good deck for grinding AI3 in the beginning. Granted, you may not get Miracles for a while, since they are Rare, but you can replace those with Empathic Bonds and a Jade Staff(which you can get once you beat all the quests and pick it from the twelve rares).

That link there has an easier deck to build, and provides you with deck building strategies, too.

Grind until you can get scaredgirl's rainbow deck.
After that, more grinding false gods so you can build your dream deck.
Next, pvp ftw~!
