The best card to fractal is giant frog.  In theory, it can do just as much damage as a spark does, but they stay on the field and only cost 2 mana.

Fractal Devouers eh? Not a bad idea. That would seriously annoy a mono deck, with like 10 devourers down

yeah i tried that out once in trainer  i had 17 graboids out in the field and my opponent had 9 pillars
