I have... 2 upped cards (a rare weapon and a dragon), and 43 cards total.
I always sell cards I probably won't use, even rare ones ("are you insane!?" -- answer, yes, probably), so my deck and overall card pile are kind of... small, I guess? But hey, it suits my semi-newbie desires just fine.

I just counted up my upgrades, and assuming that 12 of a pillar or pendulum is a complete set, and if I've done my math right, that assumption means that there are 1350 upgrades needed to make a full upped set.

 I have 977 upgraded cards, plus 13 towers over the 12 copies I assumed for a complete set, for a total of 990.  And 26k electrum for now.  Except for some of the shards, I have all the unupped cards.
