(I calculated that turn 1+turn 2 was something like 1808 damage).

I was too lazy to calculate turn 3.

Ok! Necro Time! I'm sure as heck not going to start a new thread about this so...

Oh yes. It is possible! I discovered this by doing some new calculations with the SoR buff.
2x Nova, 2x Supernova, 1x Ghost of the Past (Gargoyle) [Elite Charger], 1x Shard of readiness {Epinephrine}, 1x Twin Universe, 1x Lava Destroyer
Play Ghost of the Past ()[], SoR it {}, and TU it. Then play Lava Destroyer.
15 + 15 + 7 = 37Draw and play Unstable Gas. Growth Lava Destroyer.
15 + 15 + 9 = 39
37 + 39 = 76
Draw and play Shockwave (Lightning). Explode Unstable Gas.
20 + 4 = 24
76 + 24 =  100
Via the in game clock, you've just defeated an opponent in 2 turns by only haxxing your card order!

With Shard of Serendipity there's now infinite damage possible on turn one. 8)

I don't have it either, but there is probably about a 0.000001 chance that you get a supernova and another shard. Chain repeatedly for "infinite quanta", then the third card can be say blessing to get an arbitrarily large creature. While we are messing with the crazy quanta.
I wonder how fast you can hax instosis to be. Needs too many cards in my opinion.

I know it is related to You using the ability three times on a buffed Deja, but I missed being able to see it in action...

Not sure if I still have a screenshot, but the combo was 2 Nova, 1 Deja Vu, 1 Chaos Power, 1 Emerald Tower, 1 SoR, 1 Epineprine and 1 Unstoppable/Long Sword.  Note that this required you to go second and get a +5 attack bonus from Chaos Power to work.  Play the Novae, play the Tower, play the Epi, play the Chaos Power and then the SoR which would result in 3 creatures dealing 15 damage each.  Adding a Long Sword bumped the total to 51 damage.  With Unstoppable the Deja Vu dealt 17 damage each, totaling 51 damage yet again.  Death in 2 turns.
