The most consistent decks are probably mono decks due to their reliance on one type of quanta. This is a somewhat subjective question, though, so that's all I'll say about that.
What kind of decks do I like? I prefer control decks the most. If you've ever played Magic: the Gathering, and know what Weissman's "The Deck" is (it later evolved into "Keeper" and maybe something else since; haven't followed that community in recent years), that's the kind of player I am. I like to play slowly and carefully, and keep my opponent from being able to do anything. My favourite elements deck is my own take on rainbow control, but other decks I like are discord/black hole, 500hp EM, I've got GotP Time, and that kind of thing.
I'm less of a fan of rush decks, primarily because they take less skill to play, especially against another rush deck. Seeing who can play the most lava destroyers first in cremation rush isn't exactly a skill-based thing :p Against a control deck, a rush deck does require more skill, but only because of the interaction between your deck and theirs. For instance, against a firestall, knowing when to play your creatures or not requires skilled decision-making. Against a monolife deck without carapaces, for instance, you pretty much just play them all as soon as you can.
