Monthly Challenge

Exactly what I was thinking, SG. Zan has enough problems right now, and I'm sure you and other good players know, like me, that Elements needs CARDS before everything else. So we have 5 options:
1)- Unlikely: Zan gives some trusted person the ability to give out electrum rewards
2)- Unlikely: Zan gives someone else than Chris (btw, where has he disappeared? O.o) the code, and this guy implements challenges into the game.
3)- Likely: No challenges.

The fourth one, and I don't even want to think to that, is:
4)- No: We have challenges, we don't have new cards.

And then the last one:
5)- No: Zan starts using drugs so that he can work 24/7 and do everything at once.

Ok 1-2 Won´t happen unless its maybe Chris. No one will get the chance to fool around with the coding.
3. Not likley unless Zanz changes his mind now. Zanz already gave his go for it, if rules and challenges are good enough.
4. No worrys 10 minutes at the most a month will not prevent him from making new cards and overall improvments to elements.

I believe he's still on his vacation. He mentioned he'll be back this month but I don't know the exact date

Or he could of course be dead.

Well to prove that someone completed a challenge in game they'd need a screen shot. So why not hold weekly contest and then give out prizes at the end of the month?

I think that be a great idea. Rewarding the members for  the weekly challenge with SG reward system and at the end of the month the top member from the 4 gets the electrum reward to top it.

What does "top member from the 4" mean exactly?

If I understood correctly, that would be confusing because there is weekly and monthly reward for the same thing. Why not just make it more simple?

(small) Weekly Challenge -> runs for one week after which the winner gets an award icon
and..
(big) Monthly Challenge -> runs for one month after which the winner gets an award icon AND electrum

So an idea would be to go with

Big challenge

1 art
2. story
3. deck idea
4. card idea
5. League (monthley standings) Probaly will make 1 month a season top player wins

the others can be seen as small challenges. Though the big challenges could also be done weekly and the 4 winners will be voted upon again for the month award.
