I wrote the post before i had to go to work. It is 10:45 pm now and while i was at work (and boozing it up
) i was thinking of the coding it would take to accomplish the pvp-multi-staged music when it comes to syching the instruments up and thought it might be too difficult to do. I figured out a different solution:
- each element has their own battle theme
- the music plays depending on whose turn it is
So if you are WIND
and it is your turn, the music will have some sort of chimes and oboe sound to it, maybe harp even with a battle rhythm to it, slightly up tempo .
here are some ideas for each elements
= organs and howls etc.
= bass and trumpets w/ sound effects etc.
= up tempo elec guitar, high hats explosion effects
= birds chirping violin, cello subtle chorus
= noticeable chorus with organs
= grandfather tick tock beat (awesome), trumpets
= synthesizers with some violin
