Works well, and i found was more fun to play than shrieker rush / pheonic red / aether dragonshield / grabix.  Mainly because it's a pvp deck and has Defag, fog shield, lighting, momentum.  so those frustrating moments get countered and i'm overall more satisfied on wins and losses on more games than with the other low level decks.  I'm at 6500 skill points at the moment.  So maybe a smart noob's perspective will help you enjoy.  I'm loving this deck in arena so much.....

edit: i'm running 85% vs bronze league atm, and have gotten 6 rare spins (4/6) including a lobotomizer, and found 2 while playing arena games.  This i believe is the fastest way to farm rares at the low levels.

I also use RoL Hope, and i got one from the reward, two from the AI3. I never managed any from the old T50.

I won alot of Lobotomizer's from the AI3 , just keep grinding and eventually you'l get one...
