I changed the poll so that people see the results after they have voted. I also removed the possibility of changing your vote (that was a pretty weird combination imo).
Not showing the results is just silly. People naturally want to see the results after they have voted and there's absolutely no good reason not to show them the results. We are not voting for the president here.
Well it was good to see that the votes so far weren't askew.
How do you know they weren't askew?
You don't do statistics in a way that
you first decide what the poll
should say, and then say it's askew then the results were not what you expected.
Actually your old system was worse because you had enabled people to
change their vote. This means that anyone, after reading the comments, could change their vote closer to popular opinion.
The way it's setup now is perfect because it shows the results only after you've voted BUT you cannot change the vote later.
