It's pretty simple; I think the inverted images are completely useless and hideous. The work I allowed zanz to use was to be used as is, with possible slight modifications such as crops. I'm sorry if this is considered rude, I'd just prefer my work to be seen as it was meant to.

Sounds fair to me, not rude at all. I would agree that the original art is without a doubt better, but sometimes the inverted art is a nice change of pace in my opinion.

Just wondering, does paint (newest version) have an invert button / option? I looked but didnt see it. (I think my brother also has gimp installed but I didnt look there)

Loading an existing image, pressing only a single button and then save and upload it has nothing to do with "creating" art.
I can save an image from the Mona Lisa upside down too, that doesn´t mean i am an artist.
 This is just rude considering vrt explicitly said he doesn´t want his work to be changed "like that" and you clearly disrespect that.

Ok, if anyone does have any problem with me editing his images, I will take them down, but I don't know which images are made by who, so the owner will have to tell me which images I may not display, preferably in PM. That way, the topic won't get crowded.

Do you reply to the shopowner you just stole from with "there was no do not steal sign on it" when he asks you to stop doing that?
YOU are the one supposed to ask the artist, not the other way around.

My goodness, there is seriously no need to get so pissy over this.  It was meant in good fun.  Vrt's images have been taken down as requested, and Dictator has been polite and shown no disrespect.  Please be considerate.

YOU are the one supposed to ask the artist, not the other way around.

This gives only one problem, I know who the shop owner is, so I can ask first, but elements has a lot of different artist, which makes it a lot harder.
