I just realised something. I didn't notice until recently but I think Anubis and Immortal are the same, just edited to look different. Am I right?

Take away the immortal's cape, and they have pretty much the same pose, hands at their side, shoulders almost identical... and I just realised Anubis' weapon is a golden trident.

Almost all of Elements' original card art used spore creations.  While the immortals and anubis are probably not alike in terms of details, they may have the same base.

Most likely the Trident was just recolored for the Anubis or vice versa.

no but mind flayer and anubis are quite clearly from the same base creature. Check out the toes, legs, body posture etc. The foreground arm and head are different though...
