I now have the full basic edition on-account without having sold any of my spare rares.

If my spare rares were sold and the profits were applied to the pillars/pends to move from basic edition to trainer edition, I would be 14k electrum away from trainer edition. I'll likely comment again when I actually reach trainer-edition-equivalent, but as I am now in possession of the full basic edition, I figured I'd post and get on the list.

edit: As of sometime last week, my main is at full trainer-edition-equivalent (i.e. cash on hand plus sell value of spare rares is greater than the amount of money needed to transition from my current actual a-bit-past-basic-edition to trainer edition), but barring an update to the account card cap, it won't ever hit trainer-edition-actual as I'm riding the cap right now due to the number of spare rares sitting on the account and I consider the spare rares to be more entertaining trophy cards than spare unused towers/pends.

First of all, thanks to Dragoon and antiaverage for updating my googlesheet. Glad that it doesn't go to waste. I'm not sure who actually updated the sheet, so +rep for both of you! (sorry that it doesn't add much since I lost my rep >.<) I was going to put a new thread for the updated version of my googlesheet, but decided against it since my sheet has nothing new compared to the one in the OP.

Btw, did anyone manage to create an offline version of this (openoffice/microsoft office)? I'm aware that there's Sir Valimont's version which was updated by pikachu and some other people but I don't really like that spreadsheet. Somehow I feel it was too complicated to use. :|
If someone has done this or already working on this, I would appreciate a response so I won't waste time creating a new one.

Okay, enough off-topic.

Since I've been away during the last two updates, I have long way to go. I'm only at 75.01% of the Basic Edition. However, with 687k and some extra rares, I can actually complete the Basic Edition.

OK, I'm joining in... FINALLY COMPLETE!

on tracking my progress towards Basic Trainer Edition.  I am not there yet.  I have a bit of confusion over the differences between Basic, Standard, and Trainer.  I am understanding the OP to have the difference be as simple as upgrading Pillars and Pendulums.  Are six of every unupgraded and six of every upgraded non-Mark, non-Nymph, and non-Foil is required for each type of collection (Basic, Standard, Trainer)?  Seems a rather small distinction in the grand scheme, but if that is the accepted definition, I'm striving for Trainer anyways so that is fine for me.

Below is what Dragoon's put at the bottom of the table in the OP:

Basic Edition: 12 of each Pillar and Pendulum + 6 copies of each card
Standard Edition: 15 of each Pillar and Pendulum + 6 copies of each card
Trainer Edition: 24 of each Pillar and Pendulum + 6 copies of each card

Basically, the only difference is the number of pillars and pends. The rest, we need six of each unupped and upgraded cards.
Mark, Nymph and Foil (I believe we only have Chimera foil, right?) cards are NOT counted.

Yeah, I believe you're right about this too. Time/darkness/aether for trainer edition should be 138*2.

Yeah, the distinction between editions came from a disagreement of how many Pillars/Pends were necessary to have "a complete set". Some said 12 was enough, others 15, and of course 24 comes from how many are in the trainer. So we just developed 3 editions. Since 12 was the consensus for the least amount needed for a set we went with that as a baseline. 12 Pillars/Pends should cover ~90% of the decks you might build, 15 of each would probably cover 96 - 97%, and 24 of each 99 - 99.9%.

And suxerz is right, cards that you can only get by Oracle, money, or tourney/competitions aren't considered in this count.

@suxerz, thanks for the rep. I'm not aware of an offline version, though there probably is one floating out there somewhere.

If you have all the cards (including rare weapons, shards, and relics), and only need to spend the money to upgrade them, I'll go ahead and add you to the list.

You're welcome, I had a blast doing it. I've also reorganized the DB sheet and updated it recently. I have added some improved functions, etc and should post that at some point. Thanks for the rep, wouldn't have done it without your base work.
