Statistics tell you the probability of something happening, not why something did or did not happen. By the way, going from a 4% win rate the odds of you leaving are now 32%...
It depends on what kind of event we are speaking , you are not right.
There are events that "have memory" and that "don't have memory".
I really didn't think about this(what kind of situation do we have here), but i am sure there are circumstances when not happening of an event gives you info about next happening of the event
