Exactly. I would almost put money on the US losing in that event.
thanks for the vote of confidence...
What? I'm just telling the truth. Besides, it's an event, not a competition.

Well I know we <USA> have some great players NOT including me cuz i bite and far from being in thier league but it would still be fun

ive never been to kenya, but if someone loves america so much, they probably havent been in public schools, Brooklyn, or arizona. there is such a thing as too MUCH freedom, the great depression was caused because people kept making loans from the bank. not to mention how easy it is to corrupt the authorities here. this place sux hands down. even tho there are SOME good places here, the majority of america sux.

I don't know who said this but ya some else quote it I'm quoting a quote. I would like to clear this up. You should really do your research before saying such a thing. This is a unknow and base on what theroy are know to factor in and what your saying is no where I don't know where you readed this but someone lied to you. One for sure theroy The depression originated in the United States, starting with the stock market crash of October 29, 1929 (known as Black Tuesday), but quickly spread to almost every country in the world. Another big one Money was distributed disparately between the rich and the middle-class, between industry and agriculture within the United States, and between the U.S. and Europe. This imbalance of wealth created an unstable economy. The excessive speculation in the late 1920's kept the stock market artificially high, but eventually lead to large market crashes. These market crashes, combined with the maldistribution of wealth, caused the American economy to capsize. Talking about something you don't know really burns my butt next time read something before saying something. Not trying to be hateful just stating the turth for you United States haters    :P

We have 2 options.

1. This event will be organized and run by a volunteer regular member.
2. This event will be organized and run by Event Organizers.

Considering the workload of our Event Organizers, option 1 might be better.

If anyone is interested, please let me know.

If Event Organizers have time and want to run this, even better.

How big will the event be? More then 48 people? I would try but I don't think I'm ready for such a BIG event like this. So I'll leave it to the other people unless you can't find anyone welling to do it.

Regarding all of the anti-American smack talk:

It's all true.  Yup.  Every little bit of it.

The thing is...

...it's no better anywhere else.  Your country might not be stupid, fat, and illiterate, but I guarantee there are things going on there that the rest of the world would be totally justified in making fun of.  The only thing that any of us can do is to realize that all switching countries does is trade one set of problems and stereotypes for another, and try to have a sense of humor about it.

I love the fact that I'm personally far below the accepted 'poverty level' in the USA, but I still have a higher standard of living than a good chunk of the rest of the world and enough money that I can donate to Elements because I like it.   I'm not too fond of my government, my nation's reputation, or the fact that I personally weigh in just over 125 kilograms (yes, I can use the Metric System), but hey -- no matter where you go, you win some, you lose some.

:)
If something happens and you think it deserves my attention, feel free to PM me. Other than that, I'm probably here if you want to shoot the breeze.
