Seems like AI fractal algorithm and Flooding went through some changes...

I was playing RoL hope deck against Eternal Phoenix, and for the first time, I saw the FG not using Fractal on my RoLs. O_O????

From what I know, AI used to cast Fractal on the cheapest creature on the field, regardless of its quanta pool. Since RoL is infinitely cheaper than Minor Phoenix, EP used to own himself by fractaling my RoL.

Now, it doesn't. Great....




Also, immortal non-water creatures don't die in Flooding anymore. Quinted RoLs don't die in flood O_O

I never understood why Photon died in flooding.  It shouldn't have to land.

AI decision to fractal is based on some conditions, in any case i've seen AI use fractal on pest (Decay) or MPhoenix (EP) instead of RoL before

and secondly, you probably dont play much outside of RoL/Hope but quint will protect the creature in top/bottom row from dying due to flooding, this is nothing new

I can't speak for Fractal, I don't play the FG's much, but Kobi is right when it comes to the quinted/flood issue. Quinted creatures have never been killed during Flood.
