question:

1- if you finish your opponent ,EM 100% hp, do you win  cards more often ?

2- why does scarab use  to devour ?

3- why is the "water" element based on Ice and poison ? (we could have another element: Ice, and an element which control only water, no freezing)

4- why Adrenaline doesnt work on devourer ?( )

5- how do we get a nymph ?

6- why do dragons have no abilities ?

7- what does "CC" means ? (i read it a few times on the forum)

4- why Adrenaline doesnt work on devourer ?( ) I don't think adrenaline affects passive abilities... could be wrong...

5- how do we get a nymph ? from the oracle, or by winning a tournament

6- why do dragons have no abilities ? hitting hard, kinda is their ability

1.) no but you get more score/electrum.

2.) devour is a gravity ability

3.) Ice comes from water and many water creatures are poisonous i.e. jellyfish and lion fish

4.) For some cards like devourer and pufferfish, adrenaline only works 2 times on the effect instead of 4 becuase 4 would be over powered.

5.) There is a nymph chance every day from the oracle.  You can also get one for winning a tournament.

6.) Dragons are an elements big attacker.  They actually all have airborne that allows then to hit through wings shield.

7.) CC mean creature control.  It is any card that kills or stops a creature such as firebolt or freeze.

This is just a guess but maybe water and poison are related due to the fact that poison is often applied through a drink? . Also, adrenaline works on devourers, but it only lets them take 2 quanta per turn because otherwise it would be considered overpowered. The same mechanic applies to creatures/weapons which apply poison stacks on attack.

2.  Gravity's theme is of mass and concentrating or coalescing.  When you eat food becomes a part of your mass.

3.  Water = Ice.  There are a lot of poisonous things in the ocean.  Also, traditionally in games, poison and slowing go together since poison takes its time killing.

You win only more electrum and score, but, IIRC, you don't have an increased card win percentage.

Personally, I see the scarab or otyugh above another creature, then goes down to eat the creature.

Ice is merely water than went through a physical change. (it isn't even chemical, so the chemical formula for Ice is H₂O, just like water) Poison is death - Chrysaoras cost water to summon, but death to actually use the poison. Also, Ice is one of my favorite characteristics of Water, so yeah.

It works if you have Nightfall/Eclipse out - but even then, it only generates 2 dark quanta instead of 4. This is intended, because otherwise it would be quite OP.

5- how do we get a nymph ?

You have a rare chance of winning it from the Oracle every day. You can also get it from a forum tournament.

6- why do dragons have no abilities ?

Dragons are meant to be expensive creatures that have powerful stats. Phase Dragon has Immaterial, and Colossal Dragon might get Momentum in the future.

7- what does "CC" means ? (i read it a few times on the forum)

Creature Control. Basically, anything that can damage a creature in any way, though the actual definition of Creature Control varies between each person.

Adrenaline works differently on devourers and creatures with the ability venom(pufferfish, flying venoms).  The skill only happens half the time to keep it from being too powerful.  An adrenalined devourer will steal 2 quanta and produce 2 darkness quanta.

since i've already take the time to write a reply, figured might as well post it

1-no, EM does not facilitate better probability to win cards from the spin(s)

2-the same reason why devourer/pest use to burrow...it is what it is

3-ice IS water (in a solid form) so theres nothing wrong with that, poison is just for flavor (because some sea creatures are indeed poisonous)

4-it does, but you only get to 'convert' 2 of your opponent's quanta into 2 . basically on some creatures, adren will only trigger their passive ability (venom being the other one as of now) twice

5-spin from the daily oracle visit, winning tournament

6-they're special that way

7-creature/crowd control
