Do you finish your last turn?

Of course.  It'd feel weird not to.

When facing an AI I always finish a turn, but in PvP, I rarely do it.
If I had a hammer, I'd hammer in the morning, I'd hammer in the evening, unless I had a gavel.

Since I never do serious or competitive PvP and I seldom do any other PvP either, I don't expect to replay against anyone in a time frame where they have any chance of remembering my deck, so I show 'em all I've got. I do useless stuff like destroying my own permanents and giving the opponent a purify. Sometimes I'll even antimatter my own creature and buff their creatures, but never enough to delay my win by a turn. Of course, this is assuming I'm going to win by a wide margin that very turn.

I don't.  I consider it to be respectful of my opponent's time.  I also message "I concede" the moment I realize I have a 0% chance of victory and immediately resign, unless we're very near the end in which case I'd view that behavior as stealing my opponent's thrill of victory.

Q: kev, does it bother you when opponents don't behave the same way?
A: Not at all.  Expecting everyone to be as anal-retentive as me would be even crazier than the complex set of self-imposed rules I described above.

I usually finish my turn. But I also like playing left over cards e.g. "Improved Mutation" I normally would not play. This applies to games against the AI. I have no experience in PVP matches, though.

I rarely do. This especially applies when I'm in game 1 on a PvP match and don't want to give away something about my deck when I don't need to.

I usually play fun decks instead of grinding these days, and I always wish the game would last longer. So of course I finish each turn, sometimes playing another dim over my 2 timer dim, mutation, the likes. It feels weird not to.

Oh, and I like cake.  :D

Yes, I do. I play all the cards I can and then end the turn. I do this especially against farms.

Always have, until recently.

It jus' felt like I was doin' something wrong if I didn't finish. Until I started keeping stats on decks an' wanted to minimize game duration. It still felt wrong, but I made m'self. Now I can go either way.

Obvious exception bein' PVP.
How come, when Bogie drinks during the day everyone thinks he's all sophisticated, but when I do it, everyone's just like "Get off our little league field!"?

Honestly, if it's PvP, I don't do anything more than what is needed to ensure victory. However, it has nothing to do with giving away cards in my deck, or anything of that sort. It's just...you already won, why rub it in and make your opponent wait for your indulgence? Out of courtesy, I just press the Space Bar
