How to improve your lag/delay in pvp!!!

this worked for me.

Disable adblock and noscript addons for firefox if you have them.
If you own a router, set up a static ip for your computer and open the flash ports 1935, 443, 80

If you need help setting up a static ip go here http://portforward.com/networking/staticip.htm

If you need help on opening ports for flash go here http://portforward.com/ and select your router, then after the advertisement select the "default guide" hyperlink

my delay is down to 10-15 seconds since i did this! it was 40+ before.

I still fail the flash connectivity test here: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/164/tn_16466.html
So something is still wrong. but im pretty happy with the results anyways.
