How do you get rares?

I found that almost every AI3 deck has a rare weapon, and not only are they easy to kill but they are fast to kill as well. I'll try out Bronze a little more I guess.

AI3 has all the rares except eternity and trident. You'll need to go elsewhere to find those (luckily, some easy FGs carry those).  The drop rates for rares from AI3 are extremely low, so bronze is preferred.

7 rares from 200 games is 3,5% drop rate while in arena you have a rare spin for six wins in a row and you can also win rares from normal spins
