What do you mean by pvp spin? Like pvp in the arena? So if the enemy has it then I have a chance to spin it?

That and in normal PvP, if your opponent has it, you have a chance of winning it if you can beat them.

You can get one in normal spins in arena too, provided that the deck you faced contained one.
