How did he Win a Mark Card?

Few days ago, I saw someone shouting at the Kong chat, saying that he owns a mark card, without winning any competition.

It's what replaces Nymphs and Mark cards in the slots, as they can only obtained from tournaments (Nymphs can also be gotten from the Oracle).

He is telling everybody that he wins one Mark of Fire, he also shows us a screenshot? that seems to be fake(to me ) and telling bunch of Kong-ers that he get one by drops?!?!

I'm just asking one thing, can we really get Marks from drop??

LOL... really sucks that the mark is upgraded.... no different from a burning tower.

Yeah marks wher winable from Top50 in the past. Not now tho. There are some other odd cards that people shouldn't technically have either, but Zanz doesn't seem to like to revoke such cards.

If you want a Mark card these days you'll have to win a sponsored event and choose the mark as the prize.

Thats because there werent relics one year ago. When relics were invented, these became relics in spins. They use to be able to be won before then though

The best part about having marks is playing pvp1 and getting comments like:

So true! Though i rarely do PvP1 and ive only seen it one few occasions. Ive never had someone to NOT comment on the mark.

Yes, mark cards could be won from slots.  Not as often as you would think, however.  They were still pretty rare to come by.
