anyone experience the spin/oracle problem?

sometimes when I do the quest and spin the slot and win a card I don't get the card added and the same thing happens with the oracle does this happen to anyone else?

Maybe your game didn't save?

If your game doesn't save your progress, you don't keep the cards.

The fact that the card's shown to you does NOT imply you getting the card. You only get the card if you see the "Get the card!" button.

The electrums and the cards are not the only benefits of the oracle.
It´s an oracle, that means, the fortune is another benefit, normally it´s the main reason to visit an oracle,  see it as "message of the day" and "card of the day".
Like " Today, you need to be on your guard".
Some of them are even funny.

The benefits of the oracle would be too high, if you got a card every day  - so enjoy cards, when you get them. zanz doesn´t give a constant amount of  every day, he wants higher benefits and lower benefits. You can even get > 1000  , if you are lucky.

You´ll always get the nymph btw.

I'm glad I get the free Electrum everyday, but I haven't gotten a card from the Oracle in over a month, so don't feel bad you're not the only one with bad luck. Especially today, no card and only 10 Electrum. Normally when I don't get a card I usually get atleast 30 Electrum, but nope not today. Oh well, better than nothing I suppose.

I hear ya I thought the card shown was a card I got it was an error on my part as I am just learning the game, I just hope they get the game where creative strategy is rewarded more than "cookie cutter decks" I burn out quick on linear game play.... but till that day it is what it is....

He means, you need to click the "Get the card!" button, and then click "Ok". Strangely, you dont get the card by clicking the "Get the card!" button, something I think could be changed.
