what new rare cards? All the new cards are available to buy in the bazaar. right now Rage potion, Quintessence, Stone Sking, and Adrenaline are available.

It's a little bit OT, but can somebody please tell me, if the chances for a rare card gets higher if I beat the AI with Elemental Mastery?

I don't believe so, no.  Somewhere around here the math behind the slot machine is explained.  I THINK its current.
