I read the notice in the board, still have some question..

1. I posted the card idea and submitted to "Link crucible candidates here", but refused because of the lack of the image. (How could I forgot that)
I added the card image, and how can I re-submit it? The notice says "don't reply more then once, just edit yours".
Is my submitted reply automatically removed and should I re-submit it?
Or should I just wait one week until the idea is considered again?

2. What is the "Crucible Archive" board? When the card idea goes there, is it dead and unable to reach next level?
If not, how can the idea revive?
Circular Logic is true. Thus, Circular Logic is true.

1. There should be a button labeled "modify". If you can't find it, use ctrl-F to search for it.
My 3 game-modification principles:
1. If it ain't broke, don't wreck it.
2. Simple fixes for simple problems.
3. Remember to fill in the holes.

2. When a card is put into the Crucible Archive, or any Archive for that matter, it no longer is in the polls.  In order to revive it, you can just make a new card, not repost the same idea, seeing as it failed in the polls already, and credit the old idea.

Edit the failed idea in archive and post it with reference to the page?
So the archive board is kind of "Dead Idea Collection Waiting For Revival"?

Not really.  Most ideas are there for a reason.  They just aren't quality ideas or something like that.

I advise looking at them for inspiration, not just resurrecting them.

Not really.  Most ideas are there for a reason.  They just aren't quality ideas or something like that. Not necessarily. Some quality ideas just don't appeal to voters, and there has been a history of bad ideas hitting the Forge every now and then.
Edit the failed idea in archive and post it with reference to the page?

While you can revive ideas, the conccept needs to be sufficiently reworked or rebalanced so that its context is significantly different from the original (e.g. Remaking the exact same card in another element doesn't cut it.) While there is no specific guideline on remakes of card ideas, if you have specific questions about remaking you can PM Kuroaitou, who has been around for a while and probably knows what constitutes an acceptable remake.

So once the card idea is dead, you cannot make the same card idea even if you think it is balanced and nice?
The exact card idea is simply "banned" from the entire game?

Yes and no. You can't resubmit the exact same idea per se, but you can take it, make some tweaks, and then submit it as a remake.
The exact card idea is simply "banned" from the entire game?
Not necessarily 'banned', more like 'shifted out of sight to make room for new ideas'. Concept/specific parts of the idea is generally more important than copying the part exactly part-for-part.

Zblader is correct.

1.
If your post remains, click modify.
If your post was removed, post again.
Either way you will have to wait for the next week.

2.
The Archives are for ideas that made it to that level but did not advance before losing support.
Card ideas that get there are dead unless revived significantly modified.
