Help - Elements the Revival - I lost cards

I don't know what happened.  I restarted my computer.  In Revival I have more than one account and one of mine disappeared back multiple days.  In that one I am missing all my rares and via my cards it went back to having played only one FG.

My other accounts seem fine.  Does anyone know how to fix whatever happened to that account?

*Further information: 

Each of them had their their own page.  When I restarted, the one I was last on stayed logged on and the others I had to sign into.  This was one of those that I signed into.  It seems odd that this was the only one with a problem.  Some days ago I restarted the computer with these pages the exact same way and all were fine, but this time there was one that wasn't.

I have no idea if I can fix it so I haven't used it but it is nearly time to spin the Oracle again, and I am not sure what to do.  Does anyone have any information if this set-back is repairable?

Is this likely to happen again so that maybe it isn't worth playing on Revival at this time?

I guess no one knows.  I will have to proceed from where I am, having lost all those days of play where most of my play was on that account.  I will spin the Oracle.  I am tempted to remove this post now but I will wait a day or two to see if anyone has any information, even if it is too late for me to correct now.

Wyand, thank you.  It is JaniceJ617.  I don't know if one can fix it now.   Since I made that last post today I spun the Oracle, bought cards for and played a FG and won an upgraded Siphon Life and I'm sure at least $400 and a few cards since I have been playing level 3.  If it can indeed be fixed to previous, can they also at least give me my Siphon Life that I won today?  I will back out of that account and not play it for a couple hours until I get another response. 

Is there anything I need to know so that this doesn't happen again?
Since I am not on Discord is there any other way to contact them?

No, I lost cards.  When that account loaded it was as though the past many days hadn't happened.  But still prior days had happened.  That is why I still had the cards from battling the first FG.

I can look through what I have saved such as the ones I played against FGs.  And via won because I won three upped cards I know what I won, but with the amount it took to get the money there were lots of won cards from level 3 spins which I have no idea about. 

Do you want me to tell you what are missing or everything including what I currently have?  I will get started on the first part, what I know, now.

These are cards which I KNOW are missing as I bought them to play FGs, and the set of three upgraded cards that I know for a fact that I won (because I wrote them down as there was three wins in one game so that was odd) and the couple rares that I know that I had (because I have kept track of rares won) (these do not list any unknown won cards that I got either from an FG or from all the level 3 spins that I won):

Really, I know that I should have multiples of certain types of cards such as Firefly Queen and Empathic Bond, etc., but I have not listed or guessed at any of those wins in the above.  Those are only what I know.  And that is regardless of any money won except in purchased cards.

Since nothing seems to be happening and I don't know when it will, I will now play my Oracle for today and if I can afford to, play the FG.  Since it seems that it is a matter of adding cards, I will play more because I need to make $ for tomorrow's FG.  When I plan to not play this account for a number of hours, I will back out, so there is a chance for additions to be made.  I will check back to Elements Community periodically in case there is any additional information.

I was off that account a couple times yesterday for more than an hour at a time but I was off for twelve solid hours today and nothing has happened.  It is looking like nothing will happen....

Maybe all those cards is the problem.  Maybe $ is easier.  Besides, after all this time, some of them I've had to repurchase.  If I counted right, those nonrares listed total $7,725.  Since I know that I won cards from spins, maybe just a small round up to an even $8000 (I am positive that I won more cards than that) and the unupgraded Auburn Nymph and Pharaoh.
