I've noticed that most of the arena opponents have over 100 hit points. How can I increase my max hit points?

Shard of Divinity is the only way.

When people make arena decks, they can use points to increase maximum HP, have more upgraded cards, increase mark power, and increase the number of draws. This only applies to arena decks, so you can't increase your HP if you're dueling against other arena decks.

However, the cards Shard of Divinity and Stone Skin do increase your Max HP (for the duration of the match.)

Arena decks can have more than 100hp because they're meant to be more challenging and don't follow the rules. If you want to have more than 100 max hp, you shard of divinity or stone skin.
