From the standpoint of having a 60 card time deck with 6 dials and 3 glasses I can say the hourglass is fine as is. To be able to use the haste early game I use Time mark. I would like to play Entropy mark and get 6 supernovas instead of novas but that's not the case.
Plus the extra draws are useful until about 20 cards left, then it is better to pass and not risk of decking out.
