People who donate $5 are still cool. Everyone gives what they can. And it's not about numbers really. It's about respect towards game developers and the work they do. Your $5 gives that respect.
If you manage to vastly exceed expectations, you could always go for a Cintiq rather than an Intuos... That would be $1000 for the 12" one or $2000 for the 21" one.
