Time-wise I know SA tends to be the same as NA. I was mostly just asking out of curiosity of what times work for everyone as the main priority, and the location as the second. With Asia, it's a big enough country that I was like 'okay, sure, I'll break it up.' since it does make the time clearer.

Why west NA and east NA, if first, it's not just NA, second, Asia is larger than NA but without east/west, third, why EU/Africa if there's no NA/SA?

My above statement is somewhat incoherent because I'm too lazy/sleepy to organize my thoughts, but I think the general gist of it carries through.

True. Honestly, because I partially made this out of a quick idea. And partially because the original idea was just basing it off of old Blizzard Battle.net Servers. (which were broken up in NA East/West, Europe, Asia)

If the Mississippi River is considered to be the divide for NA then I am NA-west, but not by much. If the divide is further west than that then I am probably NA-east.
