Suddenly, I'm a noob again!

Okay, I will preface this by saying that I don't know if this is the right section to post this in, so feel free to ignore/berate/destroy me if I've stepped out of line, but here goes:

Having stopped playing this (admittedly very fun) game for some period of time that may be somewhere around 6/7 months, i came back and was confronted with the fact that my knowledge of this game has taken a steep nosedive.

Being slightly distressed by this, i'm wondering what to expect from this likely heavily updated version of elements. Essentially, I'm asking "what's new?", and wondering if my old deckbuilds (nothing specific, just old) are still viable at all.

haha, same here, been busy for a year, and one year b4, I already have 4-5 upgraded decks....
still comes handy somehow, but since there are more FGs now, and some...such as Jzebel....i found unbelieveablly hard to kill =. = maybe im lack of skills...or whatever...
but anyway, new things is good...
first of all...sundial upgraded!!!!! that's good..anything with light can use it now probably....
and skull shield...wow...this is some bad shit....and of coz sanctuary = rape decay.... protection+healing 0_0 pretty imba....
apart from that, my winning rate just goes lower and lower... haha anyway, sticking to new version of CCYB now, with sanctuary... my old eternal eating phoenix doesnt work anymore...goodbye phoenix :S
skeletons cannot be rewinded... deck out is just !@#!@$#
Anyway, welcome to the new version it's always good to have sth new~ more to discover other than farming FGs endlessly ...

Well, i dont know how far back you did play, but if you played with timebows for false gods, the times have definatly changed. The new decks for false gods are shakars, Rol/hope, Gotp time, and a little of CCYB

Check the Deck Ideas (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/board,436.0.html) to see what is the newest FG decks (a few example has been mentioned above by 9270984)
Check the Wiki (http://elementscommunity.org/wiki/pve/false-gods/) to learn about new FGs, and also The strategy guide for each FG (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/board,88.0.html)
Finally go to Tournament Archive (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/board,161.0.html) to have a look at recent PvP decks, to get an idea of how to make use of new cards
