Getting upgraded Cards from playing Top50 opponents?

Hi everyone.

I've been enjoying "Elements" for a while now and after playing a lot of lvl3 I decided it is time to move on. Unfortunately, I figured that I'm having a hard time vs the false gods. However, I am able to win a game now and then vs the top50 decks. Hence my question:
Is it possible that the spin after a match vs a top50 deck (of course assuming I won the match) results in me getting an upgraded card or will I always get 'regulars'?

If you could spin upgraded cards from t50 then there really wouldn't be a point in fighting fake gods. ;]

I agree with this point, but T50 could provide a little chance to obtain one rare, at least pillars.

The point of the top 50 isn't to win cards, but to play against the weekly top 50 accounts' decklists. You get a larger sum of electrum from beating a top 50 deck than level 3. That is the intended motivation to play against the top 50. Occasionally, a top 50 player will make a "rare farm" deck containing nothing but rares. (...) so open up chat and ask around to see who is running a rare deck.

That is the intended motivation to play against the top 50. Occasionally, a top 50 player will make a "rare farm" deck containing nothing but rares. You will win every time and will get the chance to win up to 3 rares from the slots. This is pretty common among some top 50 players, so open up chat and ask around to see who is running a rare deck.

It really would be pointless to play against the fake gods if you could win upped cards in the top 50. It is called level 6 for a reason.
