From noob to noobs. Noob info, untainted by being uber. https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=29722.msg378025#msg378025

Hi new players.

I have been playing for about 3 weeks, with 6500 skill points.  Like you, i have read all the "how to be uber/rich/whatever" stuff in the noob area.  Watched all the videos.  Grinded away with recommend decks, and gotten bored over and over.  So here's a little overview of what you have been told:

Pick your color, and adjust the deck as you play the first 10 games to get an AI3 grinding deck.
  • Grind Grind Grind Grind
  • Build HOPE/Antimatter
  • UberGrind Ubergrind Ubergrind
  • Win.
You might have even found  Current Arena Grinders (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,28170.0.html) and gotten excited...then realized how much more you'd have to grind out with grabix.

You should have read Money Management (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,27551.0.html) saying:
  • Rule of Thumb Number One: Never sell upgraded cards unless you have more than six copies, and never sell unupgraded cards unless you have over 12 copies total (unupped and upped).
  • Rule of Thumb Number Two: Never buy or upgrade cards unless it's necessary.
But elements gets boaring when you have limited options.   I played every grinder AI3 deck there has ever been listed on the forums.  The most fun, and overlooked deck is PVP Graboid Rainbow by Antagon.

The deck boasts some support cards that can teach those less than pro CCG players better mechanic usage early on.
Defag / Fog Shield / freeze / Lightning / Poison/Arsnic.
The deck can be tweaked around more than mono/multi decks to accommodate any fun rares you find.

All in all i reccomend this deck to anyone from new to noob to not-quite-yet-running-rare/upped-decks.  Oh and it works greatin pvp1 and pvp2 unupped.

For giggles: This is what i've upgraded too...I had the Elite Graboids from running Shrieker rush and Grabix forever. Like i said, with this many support cards, less "Awww Hell another XXXCARDXXX that compleatly stops me" moments, more fun!!!!

The most fun, and overlooked deck is PVP Graboid Rainbow by Antagon.
I lol'ed at "overlooked". Everyone has heard of this. It's the standard Grabbow, and it's actually a lot better than most of the Grabbows on the forums and war. In my opinion, it's very close to being optimized and perfect for a Grabbow. I used to see this all the time in BL, until a few people at the top figured out how to consistently counter it. Still, it's a strong choice.

It's Antagon, not Anton.
You also made it a lot worse by switching in Poisons instead of Arsenics.
...

Anyways, I'm glad you've found a deck that you enjoy playing with.
Somehow still around, somewhat

I started playing it w/o arsnics at first and it was great.  That was to show it was playable.  but with arsnics, i think it increases your overall win %% by 4-5%.

Also worth mentioning that without Arsenics this is rareless, and therefore accessible to ubernew players.

This thread is a good idea (i was just about to create a similar one, because i start 2 account in one month.....)
What i could say is that i highly recommend to buy an FG grinder, this way you can change a bit when your bored with AI3.
Maybe you should focus on semi upped Rol/hope in order to win some cards BUT your goal is to built the Antimatter/liquid shadow deck =>http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,28482.0.html (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,28482.0.html)

In order to earn this deck i recommend to follow this 4 steps :

1/Upgrade 3 AM (by selling the upgrade card you earn and you know you doesn't need except rare one) and use this build http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,17730 (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,17730)

2/Upgrade Chaos Seed and put it in the deck, cause it's higly increase the winrate and makes some god really EASY (aka Neptune)
When you have your 6 Chaos power move to this build =>

Deck import code : [Select]
4vn 4vn 4vn 5uu 5uu 5uu 5uu 5uu 5uu 606 606 606 606 606 606 606 606 606 606 606 606 6u2 6u2 6u2 6u2 6u2 6u2 6u7 6u7 6u7 8pj
You now have a quite effective FG grinder (you can earn 2 upped card per hour, by selling them you can earn about 2 000 electrum/hour )

3/Upgrade your last 3 AM and then use this build =>

Deck import code : [Select]

4/Finally upgrade 2 Shield and build this deck =>

Deck import code : [Select]
4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 50u 50u 50u 50u 5uu 5uu 5uu 5uu 5uu 5uu 6rs 6rs 6u2 6u2 6u2 6u2 6u2 6u2 6u7 6u7 6u7 6u7 6u7 6u7 8pt
You just need to upgrade pillar and pends in order to fully upgrade your deck and earn 4 000 elec/hour thanks to this thread => http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,28482.0.html (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,28482.0.html)

P.S : use the above thread in order to help you with the strategy for each god

P.S.S : i do not own the initial neither final deck, so credits go to their builder, i just show one of the easiest way to earn the fully upgraded AM/LS
it takes me about 6 days (3-4 hour per day) to finish upgraded my deck by following this step ( i lost some time to find a good "transition-deck")
