I've been grinding for a pulvy forever and I still haven't gotten one, I have multiple of every other weapon and no pulvy.  I see it spun every now and then but no wins, slot machine loves to taunt me.

I finally obtained a Pulvy yesterday, and then played a dozen matches where it was the last card I pulled.  Oh well, I am still waiting for my first Nymph.

Heh I checked on the forums before completing my 500 quest so I got one there . I've gotten 2 since though, but yeah they are much less common than others imo.
