That was my issue. My favorite element is actually quite underpowered when ran mono. I believe the question is simply asking for our favorite, however best should never have been included in the wording.

Assuming you mean "favorite" and not "best" since everyone knows fire is haxed.

My favorite element is  :death, because it represents change.
Runners up are  :aether because it represents permanence,  :entropy because it represents the unexpected.
